You see that you can choose which currency the amounts should be displayed in, and you can choose which event you want to get the overview for.

There is a text box underneath the Send Mail button. Here you can write a custom message which will be added to the Expense Sharer report when you select to push the Send Mail button. Here is what the report looks like for Eric, Paul and Ken.

You can of course also print out the information you see in the view.

You also have the menu choices Excel View, Admin View, User Manual and Register. Excel view gives you the possibility to open the expense report in Excel. Admin View gives you a complete overview of all the persons, events, currencies and expenses, User Manual shows you how to use the program on the Palm handheld and Register brings you to my Palm products home page such that you can register the program.
